We understand the difficulties you may face when looking to get into the workplace. You may find it hard to imagine what kind of work you could do or what workplace adjustments you may need. We’ll provide you with at least eight hours of support per week for up to nine months, helping you with appointments, activities, clubs and various workshops to support you on the journey into the workplace. We’ll keep supporting you in the first weeks and months of your job and work with your employer if any issues arise.
