Get support to help you feel more confident, improve your wellbeing and take your next step.

About the Programme

What is Confident Futures?

Confident Futures is a voluntary service supporting people across South Central England who are disabled or have a health condition and may need some extra support before taking their next steps towards work.

With hubs in Oxford, Reading, Southampton, Portsmouth and Brighton, we provide tailored support to help people build confidence, explore their options and move towards work at their own pace.

What you need to know

Your Support, Your Pace

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Your dedicated Navigator will work with you to create a plan based on your goals and what feels right for you.

We can help you with:

‍

  • Improving your health and wellbeing
  • Building confidence and routines
  • Feeling more confident with money
  • Getting involved in your local community
  • Building skills for work
  • Exploring work and work experience
  • Getting support to stay in work

‍

As your needs and goals change, so can your support. Your dedicated Navigator will work with you for up to 12 months, making sure you’re getting the right support at every step of the journey.
