Sometimes, getting into work isn’t as simple as finding a job.

Finding or keeping a job isn’t always straightforward. For some people, a learning disability, long-term health condition, neurodiversity or other barriers can make moving into work, or staying in work, more difficult. Connect to Work is designed to help change that.

Funded by the government and delivered by Surrey County Council, Connect to Work provides free, personalised employment support for Surrey residents aged 18+ who want to work but face barriers to finding or staying in employment.
